If you have a problem with any of the merchandise,just send it back and I will either replace ,repair, or refund whichever you want. Refunds are available for the first 30 days Replacement and repair is available for as long as you own the piece. If you order 1 or 2 items they will be sent by regular first class mail. small orders will usually take a full week to arrive. If you order 3 or more items they will be sent priority mail and should arrive in about 3 days.
